Procurement / Recruitment Of Candidate
The agency has its own recruitment sources at various district of ASSAM to facilitate manpower as and when required. The recruitment of the personnel is carried out based on documentary genuineness, physical fitness, Medical Fitness, age Criteria and antecedent regularly.
Training
This agency has its own training centre namely Smart5 Security Training Centre at Guwahati. Ex Serviceman trainer of this agency carry out training of newly recruited candidate as per PSARA.
Management
The agency has around 500 employees deployed at various organization at entire state of ASSAM, The administrative officer (Ex Army JCO) of the agency is looking after all over the management of deployment of personnel, pay roll, welfare of employees and motivation
